We begin by taking a comprehensive design brief to understand your lifestyle and needs. Based on this, our architects craft a preliminary floor plan, usually within 10–14 days. Rather than just emailing it, we prefer a personal touch: presenting it in a meeting or video call. This allows us to explain our design choices and absorb your immediate reactions.
After this first review, we typically receive your feedback in a few days. We refine the plan based on your inputs, repeating this collaborative process two to three more times. In most cases, a finalized plan — truly customized for your family — is ready within 30–45 days. If major changes come up along the way, we revisit the process from the start to ensure the final plan still fits perfectly.
